Ticket Policy


​The purchase and/or use of tickets, and attendance at any event held by Syracuse FC, LLC, is subject to the following terms and conditions:

There are no refunds or exchanges. Tickets may not be transferred or resold, except as permitted by law.

Each ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused any time upon refunding the printed purchased price. Syracuse FC, LLC ("SFC") and National Premier Soccer League ("NPSL") reserve the right to:

  • (a) eject any ticket holder from the premises without a refund for disorderly behavior, or for failing to comply with the terms and         conditions contained herein or with any posted or published regulations of SFC or NPSL; and
  • (b) confiscate any bottles, cans, coolers or other prohibited items listed in any posted or published regulations of SFC or NPSL.


​The ticket holder agrees not to record or transmit (or aid others in doing so) any description, video, picture or reproduction of this event.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests, giveaways or sweepstakes) or other commercial or trade purposes without the express prior written consent of SFC.

By entering the premises for an event, the ticket holder agrees to be bound by the Stadium Code of Conduct, which can be found at www.syracusefc.net

By entering the premises for an event, the ticket holder agrees that his/her image and voice may be recorded and that such recordings may be used in any form or manner, including for commercial marketing purposes, in any kind of media in perpetuity on a worldwide basis without limits in time or runs.


By entering the premises for an event, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event (including death, property damage and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event or its associated crowds or people).
By entering the premises for an event, the ticket holder agrees to release and hold harmless SFC, NPSL, the sponsors, promoters, players, officers, agents, employees, affiliates, volunteers and all ​associated personnel from any loss, damage or injury resulting from ticket holder’s attendance at the event. By attending the event, the ticket holder is deemed to have given a full release of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.


SFC and NPSL reserve the right to change the date and/or starting time of any ticketed event, and no such change shall entitle the ticket holder to a refund. If an event is cancelled, the ticket may be used for admission to any future SFC regular season event.

This Ticket Policy may be amended at any time without notice.
